You will enjoy a unique space equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay for four people, a few meters from Gran Vía Madrileña and the perfect tranquility to rest.

Living room: with a comfortable sofa, a 65-inch SmartTV, high-speed internet, air conditioning and windows with exterior views.
Mezzanine: Equipped with a 1.35cm double bed perfect for two people. It is a sleeping area since being a mezzanine the height is reduced.
Dining room: This space has a spectacular round designer table with 4 fantastic matching chairs, very spacious and comfortable for sharing lunch and dinner.
Kitchen: Equipped with everything you need to prepare whatever you want. You will have at your disposal a modern ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. You will also have a toaster and electric kettle along with complete crockery and cutlery.

The apartment is located in a very central building, very quiet and with exterior windows facing Calle San Bernardo, one block from Gran Vía. It does not have an elevator but the access by the stairs is very comfortable despite being on the fifth floor. The access is completely safe and autonomous, you will access the accommodation yourself with total security and without the need for keys, it is a very comfortable and effective system.
Located in the heart of one of the most fashionable neighborhoods in the capital, is our apartment, where fashion and urban culture are trending. You can walk through one of the streets with the most shops and cafes in all of Madrid, as well as being next to the main tourist stops such as: Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Sol, Plaza España, etc.
You have the Santo Domingo Metro just 100 meters from the apartment. Nearby is also the Noviciado and Plaza de España metro stops with different connections to the entire city. You also have several nearby bus stops to move around the city.
