Beautiful penthouse with two terraces in the heart of Madrid, in the Plaza de Canalejas next to the Four Seasons hotel, one of the best areas of the city. It has a large bedroom with a dressing room and a loft room. A unique space with impressive views of the square from its large terraces. Very bright and with impeccable decoration. Fully equipped to have a perfect stay, ideal to get to know and enjoy the city while enjoying incredible accommodation.
The apartment has a spacious living room, very bright and with access to the outside to both terraces. A perfect space to relax and enjoy the tranquility and comfort of the accommodation. It also has a spacious bedroom and another space enabled as a room although being a small attic, especially because of the height, it is designed only for sleeping.
With a wonderful elegant and simple decoration. One of its most remarkable values are the impressive views of the city from the two large terraces it has, where you can enjoy one of the most exclusive urban landscapes in the city.
It is distributed as follows:
Living room: Very spacious and with lots of light thanks to the large windows and the access doors to the terraces, both with glass. It has a beautiful designer sofa, side table, carpet, TV and air conditioning.
Bedroom: It has a large 1.50cm double bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress and air conditioning. A very large walk-in closet and window to the outside.
Loft room: It is a small space, especially because of the height, since it is not even enough to stand up. It is designed exclusively for sleeping, not for use as a room since space is limited by the aforementioned. It has a 1.35cm bed. IMPORTANT TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT: to access this space you have to climb an inclined metal ladder.
Kitchen: Renovated and equipped with everything you need so that you can enjoy great lunches and dinners in the apartment. It has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and ceramic hob. It also has a space to eat or have breakfast, a high table with stools.
Bathroom: Completely renovated, with bathtub, glass screen and a window that provides natural light and ventilation.
Terrace No1: Wide and spacious, with a dining table, chairs, umbrellas and a smaller table.
Terrace No2: Wide and long, with a round table, perfect for having breakfast enjoying the views. It has an umbrella and sun loungers to relax in the sun.

It is a stately building, located in one of the best neighborhoods in Madrid, surrounded by shops and commercial establishments, in the middle of Calle Cruz, a few minutes walk from Puerta del Sol and the Fuente de Cibeles. The apartment is on the 5th floor with direct access from the elevator.
It is located in the downtown area of the city. A couple of minutes walk to Puerta del Sol on Calle Mayor. Surrounded by emblematic and tourist places of the city that you can know just by taking a walk around the area. In the heart of the literary district, with shops, stores and markets of all varieties that will make your experience getting to know the city much more varied and enriching.
You will not need public transport to move around the area since you will be in the center and you have everything very close by walking. Anyway, you have the Sevilla metro stop a few meters away (Line 2) and also at Puerta del Sol you will find the metro station and suburban stations that also connect with the entire city. There are also numerous bus lines in the area
