It consists of a kitchen with a dining table and stools, a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a bathroom. It is also fully equipped with Air Conditioning, Smart TV, WIFI, kitchen utensils, etc.

The main bed is 1.35cm in size, with a viscoelastic mattress and is very comfortable.

In the living room there is a double sofa bed (size 1.35cm) and a closet where you will find everything you need to use it as a bed.

You will have access to the building and apartment through access codes that you will use exclusively during your stay, you will have all the detailed information days before arrival. The building has an elevator from which you can access the apartment, in addition to the main stairs of the building.

IMPORTANT: To access the elevator you have to climb several steps (approximately 10) since it is not at ground level.

The accommodation is located inside a very characteristic building since on the ground floor (building entrance) is the Compadre Barber's Club Barbershop, a unique and iconic place in Madrid with a wide range of services both in Barbershop and leisure and restoration. Keep in mind that the access to the building is shared with the terrace area of the premises.
In the apartment you will find some coupons that you can use in the establishment, where you will have a free beer as well as a 10% discount on the entire menu and 15% on barber services. !We hope you enjoy it!
