Beautiful two-bedroom apartment recently renovated in a modern style in the center of the city. Very cozy, fully equipped to spend a few perfect days visiting the city.
You will enjoy a unique space equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay for four people, a few meters from Gran Vía Madrileña and the perfect tranquility to rest.
-You will enjoy a cozy space prepared for a perfect stay, with a spectacular modern and functional decoration, a spacious space and a refined design down to the last detail.
Bedroom 1: with a 1.50cm double bed, with premium viscoelastic mattress, large exterior windows with lots of light, air conditioning and heating.
Bedroom 2: with a 1.50cm double bed, with a premium memory foam mattress and large exterior windows with lots of light. (this bedroom does not have air conditioning)
Living room: with a spectacular designer chester sofa, a 65-inch SmartTV, high-speed internet and air conditioning.
Dining room: This space has a spectacular bar-type design high table with 4 fantastic stools, very spacious and comfortable to share lunch and dinner.
Kitchen: Equipped with everything you need to prepare whatever you want. You will have at your disposal a modern ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. You will also have a toaster and electric kettle along with complete crockery and cutlery.
Bathroom: Perfect bathroom equipped with shower, sink and toilet. You will also find shampoo, gel, towels and a hair dryer.
The apartment comes fully equipped with bed linen, duvet, towel sets, etc.
The apartment is located in a very central building, very quiet and with exterior windows facing Calle San Bernardo, one block from Gran Vía. It does not have an elevator but the access by the stairs is very comfortable. The access is completely safe and autonomous, you will access the accommodation yourself with total security and without the need for keys, it is a very comfortable and effective system.
Located in the heart of one of the most fashionable neighborhoods in the capital, is our apartment, where fashion and urban culture are trending. You can walk through one of the streets with the most shops and cafes in all of Madrid, as well as being next to the main tourist stops such as: Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Sol, Plaza España, etc.
You have the Santo Domingo Metro just 100 meters from the apartment. Nearby is also the Noviciado and Plaza de España metro stops with different connections to the entire city. You also have several nearby bus stops to move around the city.

The main bed is 1.35cm in size, with a viscoelastic mattress and is very comfortable.

You will have access to the building and apartment through access codes that you will use exclusively during your stay, you will have all the detailed information days before arrival. The building has an elevator from which you can access the apartment, in addition to the main stairs of the building.
IMPORTANT: To access the elevator you have to climb several steps (approximately 10) since it is not at ground level.
The accommodation is located inside a very characteristic building since on the ground floor (building entrance) is the Compadre Barber's Club Barbershop, a unique and iconic place in Madrid with a wide range of services both in Barbershop and leisure and restoration. Keep in mind that the access to the building is shared with the terrace area of the premises.
In the apartment you will find some coupons that you can use in the establishment, where you will have a free beer as well as a 10% discount on the entire menu and 15% on barber services. !We hope you enjoy it!
