This small and central 30m2 apartment is located just 100 meters from Plaza del Callao, in the heart of the city.

The house is located in the heart of Madrid, just 100 meters from Plaza de Callao/Gran Vía (1 minute walk), 500-600 from Plaza de España and with the Callao Metro stop less than 200 meters away.

With capacity for up to 2 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay.
The house is located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator. However, the elevator does not stop at floor 2, so you can take the stairs or go up to floor 3 by elevator and walk down to floor 2. Please note that you will have to go downstairs before Reserve.

Also, remember that the building is located on a PEDESTRIAN street, so you will not be able to get to the door of the building by car.

As you can see in the photos, the studio is an open space.
* At the entrance, there is the kitchen with a sofa and a TV attached to the wall. There is no dining table, but a small glass side table.
* There is no bedroom, but there is a sleeping space separated by a half-open wooden wall. The bed is double (150 x190).
* On the left side of the bed, separated by a wall, there is the complete shower. Coming out of the shower, there is a sink (in open space).
* Directly opposite the shower, there is a toilet in a closed room. The toilet is in a room with a transparent glass door.

With only one window facing the interior, the studio can be dim.
Given its central location, you may hear some noise from the street.

It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest.

The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have.

There is no iron in the property but a handheld steamer is available.

The property has air conditioning with hot and cold air pump through a centralized system that is controlled from a thermostat.

Hot water is provided by an electric water heater of 80 liters: it is important to know that it can run out and then, there is a waiting time for it to fill it again.

Peatonal area & Restricted area by car: If you arrive by car, please take into account the new regulations in force, which requires you to park your vehicle in a parking lot unless you have an electric or plug-in hybrid car.

In a building with an elevator, the apartment is on the 2nd floor but in any case you will have to go up or down the stairs, since the elevator will leave you on the mezzanine and to get to the apartment you will have to go down a section to the apartment.

* As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of a single space with a double bed and a charming balcony that overlooks Calle Preciados.
* It also has a bathroom, but the toilet area has no separation.
* The shower, which is integrated into the rest area, has a screen.
* There is no kitchen but it has a very practical space with a refrigerator and a microwave where you can have a drink thanks to the utensils and the small bar.
