I reached out to Maricuo, not sure his name exactly so my apologies, multiple times and he was very quick to answer each time and extremely friendly. His English is also perfect so communication was easy. First reached out to see if we could come a dsee more
I reached out to Maricuo, not sure his name exactly so my apologies, multiple times and he was very quick to answer each time and extremely friendly. His English is also perfect so communication was easy. First reached out to see if we could come a day earlier, our current stay had a conflict. Our room was taken but he gave us a different room. I was extremely busy the next day and his staff helped mov everything from our first room into the next. Reached out very early to see how I could lock the door, one room was a little tricky, but super easy once explained. His staff came immediately and locked the door and showed us how. I reached out again to get a set of fresh towels and toilet paper, and came home to a bag tied to our door with everything I asked. Really couldn’t have ask for better service, and my family was really happy.
